The Secondary 3 Leadership Camp is an annual programme organised by the Tarbiyah & Ta’dib Department for all Secondary 3 students. This camp provides students with valuable learning experiences outside the classroom.

Through outdoor challenges and team-based activities, students develop important 21st century skills such as communication, collaboration, and adaptability. At the same time, they practise our school values of Itqan (excellence), Ikhlas (sincerity), and Ihsan (compassion) in real-life situations.

Objectives of the Camp

• Strengthen teamwork and bonds among students

• Build personal confidence and resilience

• Develop leadership qualities and identify potential student leaders
   

Each year, the camp is held in a natural outdoor setting to encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and grow beyond the familiar environment of Singapore.

Last year, students travelled to Alor Gajah, Melaka for a 4-day, 3-night camp at Kem Permata Resort. The programme was conducted by experienced trainers and included activities such as jungle trekking, survival cooking, physical challenges, as well as mental and spiritual development sessions.

The Secondary 3 Leadership Camp is a meaningful journey that prepares our students to become confident, resilient, and values-driven leaders.
