The HIFZ Scholarship is a prestigious award that recognizes the top-performing students, representing approximately the top 10% of achievers in the ISPE and PSLE examinations. This distinguished scholarship acknowledges students’ outstanding academic performance, commitment to excellence, and dedication to their studies. Supported by Muis, the scholarship covers school fees and HIFZ program costs. Renewable every two years, it encourages recipients to sustain their pursuit of excellence while upholding the values of Ihsan, Itqan, and Ikhlas. The HIFZ Scholarship is a carefully designed initiative to nurture future Asatizah, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to become the next generation of Islamic scholars and leaders.

The scholarship program integrates Dirasah Islamiyyah (DI) subjects, ensuring that students receive an enriching and well-rounded educational experience that goes beyond the standard curriculum. Some of the core subjects and activities conducted in the year 2024 include:

  • Fiqh: Introducing and deepening the students’ understanding of Ilmu Falak, covering topics such as calculating prayer times and the lunar calendar.

  • Arabic Language: Enhancing linguistic proficiency through Arabic debate workshops, where students learn debate techniques and engage in discussion with peers. This was held in conjunction with Madrasah Aljunied’s regional Arabic debate competition.

  • Aqidah & Mantiq: Strengthening students’ grasp of Islamic theology and logical reasoning through a three-lesson series on "Why Islam Is True," exploring how Islam transcends cultural preferences and addressing contemporary questions on faith.
