Canteen Stall Vacancy

Are you passionate about serving quality halal food and contributing to a meaningful educational environment? Madrasah Aljunied Al-Islamiah is now inviting applications from Muslim vendors to operate the following stalls:

Drinks, Pastries & Sandwiches
Chinese & Thai Cuisine
Malay Cuisine
Indian & Western Cuisine

Types of Stalls

Who Can Apply?

* Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (including stall assistants)
* Able to provide quality halal food with prices set in consultation with the Madrasah
* Must maintain high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and food safety
* Physically healthy and able to operate the stall
* Experience in catering or school-based food operations is an advantage
* WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required for both stallholder and assistants

Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) must apply or obtain valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and will be required to attend an interview and provide food sampling at their own expense.
