To combat coastal erosion and promote biodiversity, students participated in planting mangroves. This activity emphasized the critical role of mangroves in maintaining ecological balance and combating climate change, reinforcing the students' sense of environmental responsibility.

Leadership Programs
In December 2024, 34 Pre-University 2 students and 4 teachers from Madrasah Aljunied participated in Project 5P (Projek Pembelajaran dan Perkhidmatan Pulau Penyengat), a significant service-learning initiative.

During this 5 days and 4 nights, this programme aims to instill the values of community service, environmental and cross-cultural engagement, reflecting the students' commitment to contributing to society.
